Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, residents and staff, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information. The role supports dining and activities coordination and keeps front desk and logs up to date.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package are available to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents and employees and manage calls and messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain reception area neat and organized and collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and move-in/move-out activities as needed.
• Update resident lists, logs, and sign-in sheets daily.
