Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The role involves greeting guests, residents, and staff; handling external and internal calls, messages, and general information inquiries.

You will support the dining, marketing, and front desk operations while ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage external and internal calls; take and communicate messages; provide information of a general nature.
• Answer telephone and reception duties; take complete messages with pertinent information; communicate messages to recipients.
• Greet residents and visitors; answer inquiries and provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets for team members and family; tally meal counts for Dining staff.
• Update Resident Phone List and Roster; Move-In/Move-Out Register; Guest and Sign-In Logs.
• Schedule appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Maintain desk and entry area; organize spaces.
• Distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
• Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits; adhere to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned; weekend hours Sat/Sun 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
