MorningStar Senior Living in San Jose, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, assist residents and families, and provide information over the phone. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a pay rate of $20.50 to $23.00 per hour and emphasizes a culture of care and service.

You will handle front desk duties, sort mail, type documents, and ensure resident rights and confidentiality are observed while delivering compassionate support in a warm community setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year front desk/reception experience.
• Typing, filing, use of copy machines and telephone systems.
• Be friendly, courteous, patient and able to work with people including staff, residents and families.
• Meet deadlines, organize, and prioritize the workload.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents.
• Answer telephone and provide information; take messages.
• Sort and distribute mail; type files and handle correspondence.
• Adhere to resident rights and confidentiality as per policies.
• Escort visitors to resident suites when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
