Job summary

A premier senior living community in Fairhope is seeking a dedicated concierge to greet residents and visitors, support various departments, and manage front desk operations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or long-term care. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related customer service experience required.
• Experience in long-term care or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in and out process for visitors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist with program/event reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Support other departments to ensure high-quality resident service.
