Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring a Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors and support clerical duties for daily operations. You will help maintain a professional front desk and assist with deliveries and guest sign-ins.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.

Education
