Experience Senior Living, based in Mechanicsville, VA, seeks a dedicated Concierge to welcome residents and families, handle requests with care, and ensure a positive, seamless living experience.

You will coordinate transportation, dining reservations, and activities, act as a liaison across departments, and maintain a warm, organized reception area. A valid driver’s license is preferred to support community outings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Provides personalized service and ensures requests are addressed promptly.
• Answers calls and routes or relays information as needed.
• Coordinates services (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, reservations, errands) and follows up for satisfaction.
• Greet new residents and families, introduce concierge services, and share information.
• Maintains reception area cleanliness and professionalism.
• Manages transportation scheduling and writes confirmation details to all parties.
• Supports dining operations with reservations and meal reminders.
• Receives and logs mail and packages; performs other duties as assigned.
