Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents living in our Gallery Apartments, along with their families and guests. You will respond to special requests, coordinate with care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining teams, and help ensure a warm, exceptional experience each day.

The role focuses on service excellence, problem solving, multitasking, and creating memorable moments for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Organizing and managing multiple priorities comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests.
• Respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets.
• Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests.
• Promote programs and events taking place at the community.
• Coordinate with all departments to confirm care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
