Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Ohio is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our Resident Services team. The role supports residents, families, and staff, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a welcoming experience during Friday to Sunday shifts 8am-3pm.

You will manage transportation sign-ups, assist with dining reservations, and maintain security and a neat reception area. Prior concierge or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with coordinating multiple tasks and requests.
• Ability to navigate vehicle use and transportation scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate services (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation) and follow up for satisfaction.
• Welcome new residents and families, explain concierge services and community resources.
• Manage transportation sign-ups and confirm written details to all parties.
