Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Concierge to elevate resident and guest experiences. Welcome residents and families, respond to special requests, coordinate with departments to meet care, maintenance, and dining needs.

You will arrange breakfasts, promote events, and help with reservations and tickets, combining friendly service with organization to manage multiple priorities in a hospitality-focused community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Organizing and managing multiple priorities comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests.
• Respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets.
• Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests.
• Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community.
• Coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner.
