Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our California team. You will greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, managing messages, coordinating appointments, and maintaining organized front-desk operations. Prior customer service experience is preferred and a GED or high school diploma is common. EOE D/V.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Manages the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register, and sign-in logs.
• Maintains and organizes desk and entry area; distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Assists with meal ticket preparations and tallies meal counts for dining staff.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures; supports team and operations.
