Job summary

Frontida Careers is seeking a Community Relations Director to drive occupancy through strategic marketing and strong relationships with prospective residents and families. The role requires leading sales initiatives, coordinating tours, events, and referrals while promoting the community and brand.

The candidate will collaborate with executive leadership to develop campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure compliant marketing practices across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and sales to increase brand awareness and lead generation across multiple markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate to the public, residents, families, team members and other professionals.
• Ability to use CRM systems (e.g., Welcome Home) and maintain sales-related records.
• Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills; ability to work flexible hours and travel.
• Academic background and experience appropriate for the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families, highlighting features and benefits.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails and visits to maintain relationships and close sales.
• Organize and participate in community events, open houses and seminars to generate leads.
• Ensure marketing collateral and admissions agreements comply with state requirements.
• Build relationships with referral sources and represent the community at events.
• Collaborate with care and operations teams to ensure smooth move-in and planning.
• Monitor market trends, prepare occupancy and sales reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
