Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director to drive occupancy through strategic outreach, lead generation, and tours. You will partner with regional sales to execute marketing plans and maintain CRM systems to support occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with referral sources, and the ability to supervise a sales team while ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the community, aligned with company objectives.
• Design, implement, and facilitate the community’s annual marketing plan with input from leadership and corporate teams.
• Develop and manage the lead base, responding to inquiries remotely and in real-time.
• Maintain and improve occupancy and revenue according to plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or families.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
