Job summary

Heather's Manor, a Transforming Age community in Crystal, MN, is hiring a Community Relations Director to connect seniors and families with a welcoming home. You will guide move-ins, nurture referral partnerships, and promote the community's story with heart and professionalism.

This full-time role focuses on driving occupancy, coordinating tours, and collaborating with the management team to implement regional strategies and ensure excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing or sales or equivalent experience.
• Five years' experience in marketing and sales is preferred; senior living experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue targets by maintaining occupancy above budget.
• Handle all aspects of the sale process from inquiries, tours, follow-up, and closing.
• Coordinate scheduling for tours and site visits to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Develop and implement 90-day plans with management to increase inquiries, traffic, and sales.
• Compile weekly marketing reports on inquiries, tours, move-ins/out, and outreach.
