Job summary

Heritage Springs Memory Care in the United States seeks a seasoned Community Marketing Director to lead marketing, admissions, census development and resident experience for a personal care home. This leadership role collaborates with executives to drive occupancy, manage referrals, and ensure a high-quality resident and family experience.

You will oversee strategic sales plans, partnerships with providers, tours, and move-in processes while mentoring the local sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in senior living, healthcare marketing, admissions, or related field.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy growth, admissions performance, referral development, and brand awareness across assigned communities.
• Oversee admissions processes to ensure timely inquiry response, assessments, move-in readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement census recovery and growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead, train, and coach marketing and sales personnel to ensure consistent admissions and excellent customer service.
