You will guide prospective residents and families from inquiry through tours, leases, and move-ins with a consultative, empathetic approach.

You will coordinate with executives, marketing, and care teams to deliver engaging tours, align pricing with options, and ensure a welcoming transition for new residents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating move-ins in senior living or healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from inquiry to lease and move-in.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to grow occupancy and referrals.

• Coordinate move-ins with departments for assessments and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, and next steps in CRM.
• Coach marketing staff and manage marketing expenses while delivering a strong first impression.
• Use data to monitor leads, occupancy trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
