Chateau at Bothell Landing in Bothell, WA is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead the sales process, build strong referral partnerships, and guide families through decisions. You will partner with the Executive Director and sales/marketing teams to drive occupancy, coordinate tours, and manage move-ins with a personalized, consultative approach.

• Two years of sales, marketing, or community relations experience in senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow through consistently.
• Experience building referral relationships and growing occupancy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from inquiry to lease and move-in.
• Build trust with families by understanding needs and finances.
• Deliver engaging tours of apartments, services, and lifestyle options.
• Grow occupancy through sales/marketing plans and referrals.
• Strengthen referral relationships with healthcare providers and senior services.
• Coordinate move-ins with department leaders and ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and referral activity.
