Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Point Place Senior Apartments in Madison. You will oversee lease processing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations with a focus on high-quality customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and familiarity with Section 8 or Section 42 programs. Strong organizational skills and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience.
• Knowledge of Section 8 or Section 42 is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with OneSite software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features and amenities to prospects.
• Answer questions from prospects and applicants in a timely manner.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to interested prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic during open office hours and address needs or complaints.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Process paperwork per company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
