ACC Management Group seeks a friendly, organized Community Manager to oversee daily operations, build strong resident relationships, coordinate property needs, and support leasing and administrative activities in Wisconsin.

Leasing or property management experience is preferred; this role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and open communication while offering growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of property management or industry related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects.
• Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to all interested prospects.
• Greet all walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to needs, questions, or complaints.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain resident relations and handle escalations professionally.
