Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Effectively communicate property features and amenities to prospects.
• Answer questions to prospects and applicants promptly.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to needs.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent according to policies.
• Maintain resident files and comply with Fair Housing.
