Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a motivated Community Manager to oversee multiple residential properties in Wisconsin. You will support day-to-day operations, maintain resident and compliance files, and deliver excellent service while ensuring properties meet program requirements.

Ideal candidates have basic property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of property management or industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and LIHTC experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; OneSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show vacant units and explain features to prospects.
• Communicate property amenities and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process lease paperwork and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency reporting per policy.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance with staff and contractors; supervise on-site team.
• Maintain vendor relationships and document communications.
• Prepare renewal notices and assist with budget planning with Regional Manager.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance in all processes.
