Job summary

Point Real Estate Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a multi-site apartment portfolio in Madison. You will lead resident relations, plan events, and drive retention while partnering with Property Managers to deliver exceptional service.

You will regularly visit communities, respond to resident concerns, coordinate communications, and help maintain high standards of hospitality and appearance across the portfolio. General Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-2pm.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service, hospitality, resident services, or property management experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador for resident satisfaction across all assigned Point Real Estate Management communities.
• Plan, coordinate, and host resident appreciation events and activities that reflect the welcoming culture of PRM.
• Develop programs that encourage resident interaction and foster a strong sense of community.
• Regularly visit each community to remain visible, approachable, and accessible to residents.
