Job summary

ACC Management Group seeks a dependable Community Manager to oversee senior and disabled housing communities in Park Falls, Prentice, and Phillips, Wisconsin. This role requires travel among the three locations and strong performance in customer service and administration.

Ideal candidates have Section 8 housing experience, office background, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include resident coordination, lease processing, and supervising on-site teams to maintain safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience with section 8 or section 42 is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with residents.
• Office/administrative experience required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee senior and disabled housing communities across Park Falls, Prentice, and Phillips.
• Coordinate resident meetings and activities.
• Greet residents and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Process lease paperwork and renewal notices.
• Maintain resident files and ensure fair housing compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff and contractors and provide guidance.
