Job summary

Addington Place of Lakeside Vista in Holland, MI is seeking a dynamic Community Relations Director to lead our sales and marketing program for independent and assisted living. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and drive engagement with prospective residents and families.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director to plan events, build strong community relationships, and achieve monthly move-in targets while upholding Senior Lifestyle policies.

Qualifications

• Senior housing sales experience preferred.
• Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Create and implement events with the Sales and Marketing Team to drive leads and conversions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs used in the community.
• Participate in weekend rotation for coverage as needed.
• Achieve budgeted move-ins and net gains monthly.
• Collaborate with Senior Lifestyle leadership on quarterly marketing plans.
