Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Community Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our California Rocklin community.

You will lead strategic outreach, manage referral networks, and coordinate marketing initiatives to attract qualified inquiries and move-ins. The role requires building relationships with hospitals, senior organizations, and community partners while guiding the sales process from inquiry to lease,” ensuring a superior resident experience and solid occupancy

Qualifications

• One or more years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and basic financial knowledge.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.

Responsabilités

• Spend over 50% of time outside of the community generating inquiries to meet revenue targets.
• Generate inquiries and move-ins from targeted referral sources.
• Collaborate with Executive Director to forecast move-ins.
• Facilitate training for staff handling inquiries and tours.
• Manage and monitor the community marketing budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies.
