Qualifications

• 1+ years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be able to drive and have valid license.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Generate inquiries and move-ins from referral sources by developing and maintaining relationships outside the community.
• Develop and implement internal and external marketing strategies for the community.
• Accurately maintain the CRM with new inquiries and follow-up steps.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to forecast move-ins accurately.
• Train and coach staff handling inquiries, tours, and resident visits.
• Manage and monitor the community marketing budget and stay within guidelines.
• Build relationships with national and local referral agencies.
• Conduct home visits and personalized tours to convert inquiries to residents.
