Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop internal and external marketing for the community.
• Build strategic relationships with referral sources to generate inquiries.
• Spend >50% of time outside the community generating inquiries.
• Lead generation and move-in facilitation through outreach to providers, hospitals, and senior organizations.
• Maintain and utilize CRM for inquiries and follow-ups.
