Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Sales Specialist to lease units at assigned communities and drive revenue. You will collaborate with the Executive Director/General Manager and Regional VP, conducting tours, handling inquiries, and maintaining the CRM to optimize referrals and move-ins.

Travel may be required up to 100%. The role emphasizes sales leadership, relationship-building with referral sources, and adherence to company standards across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Must possess strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to travel up to 100% of the time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and manage all aspects of sales in the community through designated activities.
• Leasing units at assigned community(s) and acting as Community Sales Director/Manager.
• Make sales calls to potential residents and referral sources; conduct tours.
• Track move-ins/move-outs and follow up on referrals.
• Maintain CRM database and prepare necessary reports for management.
• Train and coach staff to meet sales standards and participate in training events.
