Job summary

Atria Senior Living in New York is seeking a Community Sales Director to lead the community's leasing and marketing efforts, drive occupancy, and cultivate relationships with referral sources to produce highly qualified inquiries.

You will spend significant time outside the community, collaborate with the Executive Director, manage the marketing plan and budget, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop internal and external marketing for the community.
• Build referrals from hospitals, providers, and local groups.
• Forecast move-ins with the Executive Director.
• Train staff and manage inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data and nurture inquiries to conversions.
