Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the team at our large senior living community in Kent, WA. You will build relationships with prospective residents and families, and work with partners to drive referrals and occupancy.

You’ll oversee marketing campaigns to showcase the community and ensure strong occupancy metrics. This role requires an energetic, warm, and emotionally intelligent leader who can balance sales goals with compassionate resident care.

• Sales experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Willingness to learn our sales process and adapt to team needs.
