Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a 280-unit family community in Sacramento, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is non-exempt with a full-time schedule.

The starting pay is $28–$32 per hour, with generous benefits and opportunities for career development. Responsibilities include leasing, compliance, rent processing, and positive stakeholder relations within a LIHTC environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property (LIHTC).
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and other regulations.
• Process applications and recertifications on time.
• Balance multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Post rent payments and manage subsidies where applicable.
• Assist with marketing efforts and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Develop positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and report hazards.
