Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 148 Unit Senior Community located in Concord, CA. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Community Manager and offers a 20-hour work week across three days.

Competitive pay starts at $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports property operations, rent processing, reporting, and owner/manager communications, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Six months of on-site property management experience at LIHTC/Section 42 properties
• Strong customer service and sales skills are required
• YARDI Voyager experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to manage the property and meet objectives
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports including rents and deposits
• In the Community Manager's absence, assume responsibilities related to property management
• Respond to leasing inquiries and maintain traffic activity records
• Support with reviewing financials and expenses and posting rent payments
