This role offers Certified Peer Support Specialist opportunities, sponsorship for state certification, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 if already certified), with full-time and part-time openings plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery from mental health disorders or substance use.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• PA-approved peer specialist certification training completed.
• Background clearances required (PA State Police, FBI, Child Abuse).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 peer support to older adults in a senior living setting.
• Help clients navigate recovery and wellness goals.
