Job summary

PeerStar in Pennsylvania is seeking compassionate Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPS) to help older adults navigate recovery and wellness goals. This role emphasizes relationship-centered care, advocacy, and empowerment through lived experience.

We sponsor certification training and offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 if already certified) with full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in the recovery process from mental health disorders and/or substance use.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• Have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (preferred)
• Has completed a peer specialist certification training curriculum approved by the state Of Pennsylvania
• Criminal History Clearances- PA State Police Clearance, Child Abuse, FBI
