This role emphasizes leveraging lived experience to listen, advocate, and support healing, with a sponsor for certification and a sign-on bonus for both new and certified applicants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in the recovery process from mental health disorders and/or substance use.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (preferred).
• Has completed a peer specialist certification training curriculum approved by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Criminal History Clearances- PA State Police Clearance, Child Abuse, FBI.
