Job summary

Peerstar LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPS) to support older adults in recovery and wellness. You will provide hope, understanding, and empowerment through shared experiences, helping clients navigate recovery goals in a compassionate, relationship-centered setting.

We sponsor CPS certification and offer full-time/part-time opportunities, plus a sign-on bonus. This role centers on listening, advocacy, and support to improve quality of life across communities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in the recovery process from mental health disorders and/or substance use.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Has completed a PA-approved peer specialist certification training curriculum.
• Criminal history clearances - PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI.
