Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Medication Technician to administer prescribed medications and provide personal care to residents in our Assisted Living community. You will support ADLs, monitor vital signs, and assist with dining and daily activities, ensuring MAR/TAR accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ month experience in senior living, and state‑specific Medication Technician certification; familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ months of experience in senior living or healthcare setting.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel before accessing keys.
• Order medications and coordinate with pharmacy to ensure supply.
• Provide personal care and general nursing care including vital signs and ADLs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and logs within policy timeframes.
