Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Care Manager (Caregiver) to assist residents with daily living activities per care plans. This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Health & Wellness Director and requires empathy, reliability, and a patient-centered approach in a senior living setting in Beverly, MA.

The position offers health benefits, plus opportunities for professional growth within the community; prior CNA/CHHA certification and at least one year of resident care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of resident care experience.
• CNA or CHHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Respects the needs of team members and residents by adhering to schedule and documenting attendance properly.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
