Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year resident care experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Document all services provided in ALIS EHR during shift.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities when needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor and RN.
