Job summary

Monarch Communities is hiring a Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities, reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. This is a full-time and/or part-time, non-exempt hourly role with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.

The position emphasizes compassionate care and a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents per care plans, maintaining dignity and confidentiality, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification required.
• Knowledge and experience working with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report any changes in resident condition to supervisor.
