Job summary

Monarch Communities in Beverly, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers (Care Managers) to assist residents with daily living tasks as indicated in each resident’s care plan, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and activities in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The 3pm to 11pm shift offers 32-37.5 hours per week with a salary of $23.50 per hour.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and experience with the elderly (dementia preferred) are welcomed as part of joining our

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with elderly care experience.
• Experience with dementia is preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided and report changes to supervisor.
