Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living in Beverly, MA is seeking a Per Diem Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities under the Health & Wellness Director. This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible shifts and the chance to positively impact resident well-being.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and accompanying residents to meals and activities, while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or DHS certification plus High School Diploma.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dress and groomed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
