Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our Tucson-area communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure safety and privacy, and promote independence with dignity and respect.

Join a team that values communication, teamwork, and resident well-being. A CNA/GNA/DCA certification or willingness to obtain it is required, along with a minimum of 12 months in a caregiving setting. Weekend rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and appropriate caregiver certifications per state.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience, memory care a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, empathy and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and transferring with safety.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social programs.
• Support light housekeeping and room tidying while respecting privacy.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families and staff.
