Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, person-centered care for its residents. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and support independence while respecting privacy and dignity.

Ideal candidates bring at least 12 months of caregiving experience, a CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA certification or willingness to obtain, and strong communication skills. Weekend rotation may be required. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transferring.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room tidying.
• Promote open communication among residents, families and healthcare staff.
