Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety, privacy, and independence, and work in a supportive team environment to ensure comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Memory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Promote open communication with residents, families, and staff.
