Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Monument, CO is seeking a Care Partner for the 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM), Sunday through Thursday. In this role you will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, and help residents stay engaged in daily tasks and recreational opportunities while preserving dignity.

You will take vital signs, document changes, schedule appointments, assist with meals and mobility, and respond to call lights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification as a nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR and First Aid as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and weighs residents; documents changes.
• Assists residents with showers, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assists with activities of daily living and daily tasks.
• Cleans up after incidents and escorts residents as needed.
• Responds to call lights with patience and compassion following guidelines.
• Communicates with families and documents changes for health staff.
