Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Thornton, CO is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for full-time day and evening shifts, with possible double shifts and weekend/holiday availability. You will provide compassionate care and assist with activities of daily living, ensuring residents’ safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with residents and staff.
• Compassion for the elderly and disabled.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs and weigh residents.
• Document changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living ( showers, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist in meals and dining room service; transport laundry and patients.
• Respond to call lights with patience and compassion; escalate concerns to appropriate staff.
