Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner for full-time Sunday–Tuesday, 6pm–6am in Lone Tree, CO. You’ll assist residents with daily living, housekeeping, and program participation, while maintaining infection control and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates may have CNA/HHA or CPR/First Aid training; a high school diploma is required. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Home Health Aide preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete state and company training programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping per procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports, shift reports.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and spiritual needs as needed.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Prioritize tasks as needs change.
• Communicate with Health & Wellness Director when needs change.
• Coordinate with other departments as needs arise.
• Respond to pendant/wearable calls promptly.
• Ensure infection control practices are maintained.
• Report accidents and incidents to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• Respect residents' personal and property rights.
• Be prepared for emergencies including disasters, fire, etc.
