Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Carrollton, TX is seeking a part-time Care Partner to assist residents in the afternoons/evenings. You will provide compassionate care, help with daily living activities, take vital signs, and ensure safety in a respectful, supportive environment.

You will collaborate with health services staff, document changes, escort residents, and support dining and activities while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Nursing assistant certification desired.
• Ability to communicate with residents and staff with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document changes.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Escort residents to dining room and activities.
• Answer call lights promptly and with compassion.
• Support safety and dignity during daily care.
