Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Fort Collins. Shifts are 6am-2pm, Part Time. You will assist residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, laundry, and support during life enrichment programs.

We value compassionate, reliable team players who communicate well with residents and colleagues and maintain confidentiality. Training and care continuity are emphasized to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/ Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to read and write simple correspondence.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, family, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per established procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and respectful care; provide encouragement.
