Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Monument, CO is seeking a Care Partner for the 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM) to provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily activities. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and a robust benefits package.

You will take vital signs, document changes, assist with meals and mobility, coordinate with health services, and uphold residents’ dignity in a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills required to communicate with residents and staff.
• Compassion and care for the elderly and disabled.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in emergencies.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license per policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and weighs residents.
• Documents changes and unusual occurrences in charts.
• Schedules doctor appointments and coordinates care.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Cleans and maintains resident areas as needed.
• Provides meals and assists with dining and beverage service.
• Responds to call lights with patience and compassion.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information.
